Magic City Farm is a throwback in time. The 1920's boathouse, cottages, and farmhouse are nestled in a lush tropical acre along the historic Little River. It´s truly a unique and idyllic refuge, yet minutes from South Beach, The Design District, Winwood, and Downtown.

The six cottages have been artfully frozen in time, with sweet wooden porches and refreshed with vibrant island colors. Each is surrounded with specimen tropical plantings scenting the air and providing privacy. Inside, the fairy tale continues with charming rustic furnishings, full bathrooms, and one with a tiny vintage galley kitchen. Many photographic possibilities or just paeceful lounging.

The boathouse downstairs - a large studio with queen size bed, kitchen and bathroom, overlooks the river. Furnished in an eclectic funky vintage style, it includes TV, DVD, and AC/Heat, and Wi-Fi. Lounge in front of the floor-to-ceiling windows to watch the panorama of manatees, egret, ducks and iguana as they swim by, or the stunning twilight flight of the ibis along the river. The boathouse top deck is a large studio with 3 single beds, kitchen, and bathroom. It comes with TV, AC/Heat, and spectacular views of the river below.
