The boathouse, a large studio bedroom with kitchen and bathroom, is perched over the water. It is fully furnished with funky vintage, and includes TV, DVD, AC, and wireless broadband. Sit in front of the floor-to-ceiling windows and watch ducks, manatees, iguana, egret, ibis and turtles just inches away.

The six historic cottages, with their cozy wooden porches, island colors, and rustic furniture create many photographic possibilities or just peaceful lounging.

Easy street parking with a short drive to downtown or South Beach. For swimming and water activities, the bay beach is a 5 minute drive, the ocean 15 minutes away.
